Introduction
The Tusk Enterprises, LLC dba Rhino Medical Services website www.rhinomedical.com (the “website”) and mobile applications (“mobile Apps,” or “mobile,” or “Apps”), together known as the “Rhino Medical Platform” are owned and operated by Tusk Enterprises, LLC dba Rhino Medical Services, its predecessors or successors in interest, and its Affiliates (“Rhino Medical,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). We are committed to treating the personal and corporate information of our Healthcare Professionals (aka “Professionals,” “Clinicians”) and Customers, individually or together, known as “User,” “Users,” or “you,” with respect and sensitivity. This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) is part of our Terms and Conditions of the Terms of Service for Clinicians (“TOS Clinicians”) and Customer Agreement (“TOS Organizations”) of the Rhino Medical Platform.
As a User of the Rhino Medical Platform, you confirm that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy and that you consent to the way we collect, store, and process personal information about you.
Information We Collect
The specific information we collect through our services depends on how you use the Rhino Medical Platform:
– Professionals: We collect information needed to create a Professional Briefcase, onboard you to the Platform, verify credentials on a continual basis, notify you of suitable jobs, provide updates, supply orientation materials, enable Customers to verify employment information, provide location tracking and job timestamps, gather professional reviews, and share timestamps with Customers to enable payment for work performed.
– Organizations: We collect information needed to validate creditworthiness, promote jobs, provide updates about Professionals, handle invoicing, and process payments.
We collect both Personal Data (identifiable information such as name, address, license info, social security, EIN, certifications, resumes, contact details, payment information, etc.) and Anonymous Data (non-identifiable information such as device data, analytics, and usage patterns).
How We Use Your Data
We use your Personal Data to:
– Create and secure accounts
– Verify identities and credentials
– Notify Professionals of suitable jobs
– Enable employment verifications and background checks
– Process payments and invoices
– Send administrative and promotional communications
We do not sell or rent your Personal Data. However, we may share information with third parties for:

– Facilitating job applications and engagements
We may also use Anonymous Data to improve services, track usage patterns, and enhance navigation.

Accessing & Deleting Your Information
– You may amend your information anytime via your Rhino Medical account.
– You may request account deletion by emailing administrator@rhinomedical.com, subject to legal retention requirements.
– We will respond to requests for access, correction, or deletion of Personal Data within 30 days.

The Rhino Medical Platform is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
