Family Practice Doctor is leaving in June, and the facility is looking for a permanent replacement. The schedule will be Mon-Fri 8a-5p, 25-30 patients per day – There is a Nursing Home right behind the clinic and some of those patients come to the clinic. Patient base is about 70% geriatric, but will still see all ages, do well woman exams, paps, minor procedures and chronic disease management. There is a lot of potential growth at this facility. Provider will be a hospital employee.
Full Benefits, relocation assistance, loan forgiveness. 30 days of vacation this also includes holiday, CME and personal time. Stipend of $2K for CME, salary is $150K, but with bonus is $200K. Most of their doctors make $200K plus with RVU Bonus. A quality bonus of 5% of annual income is based on indicators for Medicare.
