Physician must be Board Certified in Family Medicine and willing to work a schedule of 8a – 4:30p, Monday – Friday. This practice has over 3,000 patients and sees approximately 115 patients per week. Patient age are 20% pediatrics, 55% adult, and 25% over 65 years old. Call is shared with 9 partners and includes 3 weekdays per month and 1 weekend per 2 months. Facility contains patient exam rooms, procedure room, on site PT, x-ray, mammography, and phase 3 cardiac rehabilitations.
