• 40-hour work week: Monday thru Fri 8a-5p with 1 day per week of 11a-8p. One Saturday per month 8a-5p
• Clinic will have 4 providers with an average of 16-20 patients per day, doing full scope of Primary Care to patients across the lifespan
• Patient base is primarily underserved
• EMR System is EPIC
• 20 Days of PTO per year, 5 additional days off for CME and a stipend of $1500
• Health Benefits start 1st of the month following date of hire
• Relocation Assistance Available
• Must have experience, no New Graduates at this time
