• Clinic opened in 2010 by a large Primary Care group that has been in existence for 20 plus years.
• Patients are referred to Pain Management Clinic from the Primary Care clinic once they’re diagnosed with Pain Management issues
• Mon thru Fri 8a-5p and every other weekend
• 10-12 patients per day
• Health Benefits start on the 1st of the month following start date – $50/month for a single and $450/month to cover an entire family
• 20 days of PTO and additional 5 days off for CME’s with a stipend of $1500
• Very strong retirement plan
• Provider would be eligible for Federal Loan repayment program – 60K towards your student loans for a 2-year commitment
• EMR system is EPIC
• Looking for someone with 2-3 years in Pain Management
