Job: Full-Time Psychiatrist, Eventual Medical Director Needed in Western Tennessee

A hospital in western Tennessee is currently recruiting a permanent, full-time Psychiatrist for it’s 20-bed inpatient unit and counseling facility; the department also offers a partial hospitalization program. Currently there is 1 part-time Psychiatrist and 1 Nurse Practitioner and efforts are underway to hire a 2nd Nurse Practitioner. 

 At this time, only adults are being treated and there is very little call; weekday call back is phone consults only. Eligible candidates will be Board Certified or Board Eligible and, as this is a steadily growing position, new graduates may be considered as well.
