Job: Family Nurse Practitioner Needed in Central Indiana

3 Open positions – All permanent, full time

Job 1:

• 2 Nurse practitioners needed for 2 different clinics
• Mon-Fri 8a-5p
• See 20-25 patients of all ages per day, well women exams, paps, minor procedures and chronic disease management
• Health Benefits start 30 days after hire, 403B
• 3 weeks vacation 1st year, 4 weeks vacation 2nd year
• $1500 Stipend for CME’s and 5 Days off
• Eligible for Federal Loan Repayment Program
• Relocation Assistance

Job 2:

• 1 Nurse Practitioner Needed to float between 3 different clinics, all within 30 minutes of each other
• Mileage reimbursement
• Mon-Fri 8a-5p
• See 20-25 patients of all ages per day, well women exams, paps, minor procedures and chronic disease management
• Health Benefits start 30 days after hire, 403B
• 3 weeks vacation 1st year, 4 weeks vacation 2nd year
• $1500 Stipend for CME’s and 5 Days off
• Eligible for Federal Loan Repayment Program

Relocation Assistance, great location, low cost of living, great schools. Indiana NP license takes around 30 days.
